Impact PipePower is suited to many occupations within the trade industry, including:
Impact PipePower is much cheaper than buying expensive pipe threading machinery, that isn’t easily portable. When the only other option is to manually thread pipes, we offer you a solution that saves time, and we all know that time is money!
Impact PipePower saves you the time, effort and stress of manual labour by traditional threading, a job that usually takes minutes can now be done 50% faster with the same quality results as manual threading.
This small piece of kit is an adaptation to your impact driver or wrench and is made with chrome vanadium, one of the most durable materials for tools that are guaranteed to last.
We thought, “wouldn’t it be great if there was an inexpensive piece of equipment to save us the arduous job of manually threading every single pipe we use?”
And here’s our solution… Our aim is to provide the trade industry with a cost effective and easily portable conduit threading tool, which gives the same quality results as heavy machinery and traditional pipe threaders. Making life easier for you!
Impact PipePower is supplied with 20mm and 25mm guides. Larger guides and imperial sizes are available on request. Pipes smaller than 25mm will fit inside the guides, but not guaranteed for no cross threading on every use.
No, all you have to do is replace the die and you’re good to go again. The guides and dies are interchangeable and replaced with ease.
You do not need the traditional method of 2 turns forward and 1 back. Impact PipePower keeps going forward until you reach your desired length. You will save at least 50% of your time all we say is add plenty of oil prior to threading!
Yes, like with all motorised pipe machines (e.g Rems, Rigid, Rothenberger, Facom) a pipe-bending vice is needed, we use a Hilmor to minimise vibration and to stop spinning while threading. Any good quality vice is sufficient.
You can use a lower end of the market Impact wrench with high torque, this will thread up to 25mm with ease! We recommend using a good quality Impact driver Dewalt, Bosch, Metabo with a minimum 180NM recommended for up to 20mm pipes.
The die is simply placed inside the holder and secured by screwing the guide and holder closed. The unit then attaches to an Impact Wrench or Driver by a 13mm socket. Sometimes the guides may become tightened to the extent of not being able to loosen by hand. Simply put your impact tool into reverse mode and place a screwdriver through the 2 holes in the top of the guide and press the trigger until it loosens.
